In this critical role, you will independently lead major features or systems within the game, drive roadmap planning within your domain, and deliver measurable impact through data-informed decision-making.Own Major Features or Systems: Independently lead the development and optimization of a product area (e.G., Events, Economy, Systems) with strong attention to design, quality, and performanceExecute Within Strategic Framework: Translate game-wide goals into actionable plans and deliverables within your area of ownershipCollaborate to Deliver: Partner with Design, Engineering, and LiveOps to build and launch features that deliver measurable resultsOptimize Using Data: Analyze performance data, define A/B tests, and iterate based on findings in collaboration with AnalyticsRepresent Your Area: Act as the go-to stakeholder for your feature/system in team planning, ensuring clarity, alignment, and operational successSupport Talent Development: Mentor junior PMs or Associate PMs by sharing domain knowledge and best practicesCommunicate Effectively: Share progress, performance, and key insights with product leadership and stakeholdersReport Outcomes:



Provide updates and insights on roadmap progress, feature health, and key learnings to leadership and coordinate with LiveOps, Marketing, UA, Finance, and SupportSupport Team Growth: Provide mentorship and guidance to Product Managers and Associate PMs in your areaWhat We're Looking For4–6 years of experience in product management, ideally in live service or mobile free‐to‐play gamesDemonstrated success owning and delivering impactful features or systems within a larger product ecosystemAbility to operate independently while aligning with broader team strategy and goalsProficient in using data and experimentation to drive product improvementsSkilled communicator with experience aligning cross‐discipline teams to execute at a high levelDeep empathy for players and a passion for crafting engaging experiencesComfortable managing trade‐offs and prioritization in a fast‐paced environmentBonus PointsExperience with LiveOps, game economy design, or monetization systemsExposure to managing complex systems at scale in mature productsFamiliarity with agile development methodologiesPrior experience mentoring or supporting junior PMsFor candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is $145,000 — $220,000 USD.
