8:30 AM – 5:30 PMFriday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMEssential Functions:Represent clients in workers' compensation matters before the New York Workers' Compensation BoardHandle all aspects of case management, including pleadings, motions, settlements, and hearingsConduct and manage virtual hearings with efficiency and professionalismMaintain regular communication with clients and respond promptly to inquiriesWork closely with support staff and the legal team to ensure timely and accurate case handlingPrepare case files and meet legal deadlines and internal benchmarksJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in New York StateDemonstrated experience working as a workers' compensation attorney in a law firmMinimum of 3 years of current experience working as a workers' compensation attorney in a law firmProficiency and comfort with virtual hearings and remote communication toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work onsite, Monday through Friday$180,000 Plus Bonuses and BenefitsExcellent compensation package plus perks #J-18808-Ljbffr
