This role provides the opportunity to work with a highly engaged, cross‐functional team in a fast‐paced environment on a significant transformation that has enterprise reach and impact.Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Governance, Policy & Process is a key member of the Procurement Strategy, Risk & Governance Team with accountability to drive horizontal initiatives in support of the overall transformation priorities and goals.What will you do?End‐to‐end accountability for strengthening, simplifying, standardizing and evolving key components of the 'End‐to‐End Procurement Lifecycle' workstream which is a foundational workstream of the overall transformation.Evolve procurement policies, processes, procedures and controls that span across the full lifecycle.Deliver key risk and governance activities in support of the Team's broader mandate.Partner across the Team and Transformation – specifically drive key strategic initiatives within the End‐to‐End Procurement Lifecycle workstream.Lead initiatives that enable effective risk management and governance across the Team.What do you need to succeed?Must have:5+ years of experience in policy, process, control and procedure (re)design and delivery.Experience with risk management and governance frameworks and practices.Experience leading high‐impact and complex initiatives, working horizontally and influencing change across multiple stakeholders.Strong storytelling, communication and change management capabilities.The ability to identify opportunities, prioritize work efforts, build a plan,
