Key Responsibilities:
• Support NPI activities from concept to product release • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success • Assist in defining DfT and DfM requirements for products • Perform data analysis on ATE and bench characterization results • Support yield modeling and optimization efforts
Requirements: • BS in Electrical Engineering; MS is a plus • 8+ years in semiconductor product engineering • Familiarity with statistical tools for data analysis • Foundational knowledge of semiconductor physics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
