This is more than a support role—it's an opportunity to influence how Workday capabilities are delivered, help establish best practices, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the platform.Successful candidates will work closely with business leaders, HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to enhance business processes, solve complex challenges, and unlock new capabilities that deliver value across the organization.Successful candidates may be considered for one or more of the following areas based on their experience,



certifications, and technical expertise:Workday HCM & CompensationWorkday Payroll, Absence & Time TrackingWorkday Benefits & RecruitingWorkday Reporting, Security & HRISWe are looking for professionals who enjoy building, improving, and leading change—individuals who want to be part of a growing team that will help define the future of Workday capability, governance, and support within the organization.What You'll DoDepending on your area of specialization, responsibilities may include:Serving as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME)Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday modules and business processesSupporting production operations, releases, upgrades, and enhancementsTroubleshooting configuration, integration, reporting, security, and business process issuesDesigning and maintaining reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analyticsSupporting data governance, compliance, security, and audit activitiesManaging integrations, EIBs, testing, validation, and tenant activitiesCollaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve business outcomesIdentifying and implementing opportunities to improve system effectiveness, efficiency, and user experienceQualifications NeededEducation,



Certifications and LicensesCollege diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Computer Science or a related field AND several years of experience in software development, support and maintenanceAND Workday certification, as an assetExperienceIn off-the-shelf/software application maintenance, support and developmentIn systems analysis and data administrationIn managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC)In managing the implementation of software solution projectsIn applying policies, procedures, and regulationsIn developing and managing IM/IT contracts and consulting servicesIn multiple Workday modules such as, CORE HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Recruiting, Reporting, Security and Integrations, as an assetCompetenciesClient focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.Skills And AbilitiesHands-on Workday configuration and support experienceStrong knowledge of Workday business processes, reporting, security, and integrationsExperience supporting system testing, releases, upgrades, and enhancementsExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to work effectively with both technical and business teamsLanguage RequirementsEnglish or French Essential, Bilingual (English and French) an assetReading: Functional LevelWriting: Functional LevelOral: Functional LevelBenefits AvailableHealth Benefits:Drug coverage, healthcare spending
