In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of warranty claims, ensuring claims are submitted accurately, resolved efficiently, and optimized for maximum recovery. Working independently, you will collaborate with branches, service teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex warranty issues, improve claim outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across warranty processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, analyzing data, influencing stakeholders, and taking ownership of results.Job DescriptionWhat You'll DoWarranty Claim ManagementManage warranty claims from submission through final resolution across assigned branches or product linesEnsure claims are complete, accurate, and meet manufacturer and supplier requirementsMonitor and resolve outstanding, rejected, or disputed claimsImprove claim acceptance rates and recovery outcomes while reducing rework and delaysTrack claim progress and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely responsesProblem Solving & Decision MakingInterpret warranty policies and guidelines to determine claim eligibilityResolve complex or escalated warranty issues independentlyInvestigate claim discrepancies and recommend appropriate solutionsAssess risks and determine the best course of action in situations where guidelines may be unclearStakeholder Support & GuidanceAct as the primary contact for warranty-related inquiriesProvide guidance on warranty eligibility, documentation requirements, and submission best practicesPartner with service teams and branch personnel to improve warranty performanceShare knowledge and support team members through informal coaching and collaborationAnalysis & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze warranty data to identify trends, recurring issues,
