Job SummaryThe Physician Quality Leader (PQL) - Hospital Acquired Urinary Tract Infection (HAUTI) position will offer an opportunity to empower a physician to provide regional leadership and direction to our physicians and clinical staff on this quality and patient safety initiative. This role involves collaboration with the Clinical Quality and Patient Safety (CQPS) and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), senior leadership, department leaders, regional leaders and support systems to improve the safety of patients accessing care within our program.Key Areas Of Involvement IncludeEngage physicians, Physician Quality Leaders and interdisciplinary teams to advance adoption of recommended HAUTI best practices.Provide physician education and knowledge translation related to HAUTI best practices.Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented improvements on medical staff.Support regional alignment of HAUTI related practices across Fraser Health and share learning through appropriate forums.Key DeliverablesProvide monthly progress updates to the Executive Director, Clinical Quality & Patient Experience, Executive Medical Director, Quality & Patient Safety,
