We're looking for an Estimator who has significant experience in HVAC, Infrastructure to lead the development of accurate, competitive, and executable estimates on heavy civil and infrastructure projects. This role is hands‐on and accountable for driving estimates from early concept through submission, working closely with preconstruction, operations, and leadership to ensure projects are priced right and built right.What You'll Be Responsible ForEstimating & Bid PreparationPrepare accurate estimates for heavy civil, water, wastewater, and infrastructure projectsDevelop detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimatesAssist in building first-principles, bottom‐up estimatesSupport bid submissions by ensuring estimates are complete, accurate, and competitiveScope Review & Cost AnalysisReview drawings, specifications, and contract documentsIdentify project scope, assumptions, and potential risksAssist in developing pricing strategies and estimate documentationFlag scope gaps, cost‐saving opportunities, and constructability considerationsQuantity Take-Offs & PricingComplete detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specificationsObtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotationsPrepare pricing summaries and cost breakdownsHelp ensure all project scope is captured within the estimatePreconstruction SupportAssist with conceptual budgets and preliminary pricingSupport design‐build pursuits and alternative costing exercisesParticipate in value engineering and cost comparison exercises where appropriateCollaborationWork closely with senior estimators, project managers,
