Are you an experienced Marine Structural Engineer looking to progress your career? We're looking for a Senior Marine Structural Engineer to join our growing team. We are open to filling this position in any of our Atlantic Canada offices including Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, Grand Falls, Bathurst, Halifax or St. John's.At GEMTEC, we offer something different. We're large enough to compete head‐to‐head with publicly traded engineering giants, but still small enough to maintain the culture and flexibility of a close‐knit team.Our size and hands‐on management style let us move quickly, embrace recent opportunities, and empower our people to shape their own careers—without getting lost in corporate bureaucracy.Typical day on the job might look like:Providing engineering designs for civil infrastructure projects (ports, harbours and bridges)Working with diverse teams of discipline managers, engineers, designers and techniciansManaging projects and being responsible for completion on schedule and financial performanceActing as a technical resource and as a mentor to junior/intermediate staffWriting, compiling and reviewing technical reportsPreparing fee proposalsBeing a member of site visit teams,
