NVIDIA has an opportunity for a Global Immigration Specialist to join our HR Compliance and Immigration Team. In this role you will support international immigration. You should understand current immigration requirements and remain abreast on new developments in EMEA and APAC regions. You will serve as the main point of contact for managers, current hires, existing employees, and the HR team on all immigration matters in jurisdictions outside the United States.What you 'll be doing:Maintain and enhance partnership with global vendorsGuide employees and managers on immigration policies and requirements while maintaining worldwide consistency and equityAct as liaison between candidates, transfers and outside counsel to provide continuous support and coordination to effectively progress the immigration processFacilitate assessment of new candidates and transfers as presented for eligibility of sponsorshipIdentify and mitigate riskAnalyze complex immigration matters and effectively communicate solutions to internal clients in collaboration with outside immigration counselActively identify process improvements focusing on employee experienceMonitor and respond to global immigration matters via our shared immigration mailboxEscalate and monitor issues while maintain communication with key stakeholdersPartner with immigration team members on projects aimed at enhancing process and improving employee experienceWhat we need to see:Bachelor's degree in HR or related area (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate business immigration in EMEA,
APAC and CanadaExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask using analytical skills within a rapidly changing environment with changing prioritiesAbility to demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skillsEffective time managementMaintain a proven sense of integrity and confidentialityAbility to tackle problems under tight deadlinesDemonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and teamMeet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisorClear and concise communicator with ability to tailor communications to the audienceYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
