The City of Edmonton is looking for a Labourer II for its Infrastructure Maintenance team. This full-time role covers pivotal tasks in roadway maintenance, including handling paving materials, operating machinery, and snow management. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist asphalt crews with placement of various paving materials
• Perform heavy manual work using hand and power tools
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment like 2-ton trucks




• Set up site safety measures and traffic control as needed
• Complete work records and participate in safety inspections
Requirements:
• Completion of the 10th school grade
• One year of roadway maintenance experience
• Trained in operating trucks and rollers
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence
• Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certifications
