We are currently seeking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our Albian Mine Development & Continuous Improvement team. In this role, you will collaborate with various mining teams including Operations, Maintenance, Tailings, and Engineering, to support the effective and efficient execution of continuous improvement strategies that enhance overall performance and reduce costs.Job location: Albian Oil Sands - Fort McMurray, AlbertaShift schedule: 4 x 3, 10-hour shiftsSafety sensitive position: YesApplication deadline: August 11, 2026Key AccountabilitiesLead Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects to achieve certification requirements while identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunitiesTrack and report on CI projects and training progress across the mining business unit, including monthly project and KPI updatesCollaborate in cross-functional meetings to identify opportunities, contribute technical insights, and address risks with mitigation plansSupport the development and execution of the CI strategy, ensuring alignment with operational objectives under CI Lead guidanceLead the development and rollout of annual Wildly Important Goals (WIGs),
