Our Vancouver office is seeking an experienced professional Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to join our Financial Reporting team. This role oversees the consolidation of financial results across a complex, multi‐entity organization using Oracle EPM. You will own the consolidation database structure and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across management, legal, statutory, and regulatory reporting—covering intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and consolidation adjustments.You will work closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, IT, and Operating Accounting to support period‐end close, structural changes, and system integrity. The team consolidates and analyzes financial data, ensures compliance with accounting policies, and drives process improvements that support timely, reliable reporting. Our multi‐currency, multi‐jurisdictional environment requires strong FX expertise; experience with complexconsolidated cash flow statements is an asset.We're looking for a self‐starter and strong communicator with a problem‐solving mindset, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement.You'll Do:Financial ConsolidationLead end‐to‐end consolidation across multiple entities and reporting hierarchiesEnsure accurate ownership structures, eliminations, and FX translationSupport monthly/quarterly/annual close, including journal entries and variance analysisAlign legal, management, and external reporting structuresMaintain data integrity, auditability, and scalability of the consolidation modelReporting Hierarchy ManagementDesign and maintain legal, management, operational, and regulatory hierarchiesManage entity/account rollups and alternate reporting viewsImplement hierarchy changes driven by reorganizations, acquisitions, or reporting needsFinancial ReportingPrepare quarter‐end and year‐end working papers, reconciliations,
and variance analysisPrepare workpapers for equity compensation, consolidation files, cash flow proofs, and legal entity statementsSupport ad hoc and special projectsGovernance & ControlsEnforce governance over hierarchy changes, entity setup, and master dataDocument consolidation processes and system logicSupport SOX/internal control compliance and audit requestsStakeholder CollaborationLiaise with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and OperationsTranslate reporting needs into system and hierarchy designsTrain finance users on consolidation structures and reporting toolsPartner with IT on metadata governance, upgrades, and enhancementsYou Will Have:Professional accounting designation required5‐8+ years in financial consolidation in a complex, multi‐currency, multi‐entity environmentHands‐on experience with consolidation tools (EPM FCCS, HFM, OneStream, SAP, Anaplan)Experience with complex ownership models; Oracle EBS, JDE, and BItools an assetStrong understanding of consolidation principles (eliminations, FX, NCI, equity accounting)Expertise in hierarchy design and multidimensional databasesAdvanced Excel; experience with systemsadministration or metadata managementStrong documentation and process design skillsSOX/internal controls and automation experience considered assetsHighly analytical with strong attention to detailComfortable navigating ambiguity in complex structuresStrong communication skills with technical and non‐technical stakeholdersAbility to balance operational execution with long‐term design thinkingWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary with an annual bonus opportunity.
