Reporting to the Artistic Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for students in Grades 6 to 12, overseeing compliance with the Ontario Ministry of Education. This role requires an experienced educational leader who champions critical thinking, curriculum innovation, and inclusive practices. Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a high-performing atmosphere that reflects the school's commitment to equity and diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for academic program development




• Ensure compliance with Ontario Ministry of Education's expectations
• Support student achievement through cutting-edge curriculum design
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate educators effectively
• Build strong relationships with students and families
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education
• Previous Principal or Vice Principal experience
• Strong knowledge of Ontario curriculum
• Commitment to equity and diversity
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
