About the PositionThis is an APP‐funded preceptor position with no billing requirements. Call responsibilities are shared, with residents acting as first call. The clinic is supported by experienced Medical Office Assistants and a dedicated management team. Regular preceptor opportunities are available on Wednesday mornings and afternoons. Long‐term preceptors sign one‐year contracts that renew annually in June. Physicians interested in joining the locum pool are welcome to become familiar with the clinic and teaching environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding clinical supervision and teaching to medical students and family practice residents.Completing "Doctor of the Day" responsibilities, including reviewing patient results and ensuring appropriate follow‐up.Supporting resident‐led patient encounters and, when appropriate, seeing patients directly to complete assessments or enhance learning opportunities.Providing timely, constructive feedback to residents and contributing to academic teaching rounds.Supporting the development, implementation, and refinement of clinical workflows, team‐based care models, and interprofessional education initiatives.Collaborating effectively within a diverse,



interprofessional clinical and academic environment.Preferred QualificationsWe welcome physicians at all stages of their careers who have a strong interest in teaching and mentorship.
