We are seeking an experienced Product Design Lead (UX/UI) to define and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across a multi-platform ecosystem. This role combines hands‐on product design with design leadership, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and high‐quality user experience while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design of intuitive, user-focused digital experiences.Establish and evolve scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards.Translate product requirements into polished, development-ready designs.Lead and mentor a small team of designers while promoting design excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.Balance detailed execution with strategic,



system-level thinking to improve product usability and consistency.Qualifications8+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience, including 3+ years leading design teams.Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products.Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, design systems, and complex workflows.Experience creating scalable interaction patterns across multiple digital touchpoints.Proficiency with up-to-date design and prototyping tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing products that integrate hardware and software.Familiarity with operational or service-based applications.Experience leveraging AI-assisted design workflows.Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
