You will work closely with Relationship Managers to structure and manage complex financing solutions for privately held companies with borrowing needs exceeding $20 million.Leveraging your expertise in financial analysis, commercial lending, and transaction structuring, you will act as a trusted advisor to both internal partners and clients while playing a key role in assessing and managing credit risk.Your RolePartner with Relationship Managers to analyze, structure, and implement financing solutions tailored to complex client needs.Perform in-depth financial analysis, assess credit risk, and provide strategic recommendations to credit committees.Support the execution of sophisticated transactions, including acquisitions, syndicated financings, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and major investment projects.Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, legal counsel, financial advisors, and other financial institutions.Manage and optimize an existing client portfolio, ensuring strong credit quality and an exceptional client experience.Contribute to the success of the team through your expertise, sound business judgment, and collaborative approach.Your TeamWithin the National Accounts Group, you will report to the Managing Director and Co-Head, Western Quebec.
