The successful candidate will play a key leadership role onsite, overseeing field operations, managing site teams and trade coordination, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.This individual will work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, Subtrades,



and Ownership groups to ensure smooth project execution and strong communication throughout all phases of construction.The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive concrete high‐rise experience who thrives in fast‐paced environments and is confident managing large teams and complex construction schedules.ResponsibilitiesLead all onsite construction activities from excavation through project completionManage Assistant Superintendents, Site Superintendents, and field staffCoordinate and oversee subcontractors, consultants, and site operationsMaintain and update project schedules alongside the Project Management teamEnsure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company safety standardsConduct regular site inspections and quality control reviewsLead subcontractor and consultant meetingsCoordinate municipal inspections, permits, and occupancy requirementsReview architectural and shop drawings for accuracy and constructabilityIdentify scheduling issues and proactively implement solutionsMonitor project progress, manpower, and site logisticsEnsure site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all timesAssist with project planning, pre‐construction logistics,
