Duration: 1 Year (250 Working Days) + Possible 1-Year ExtensionKey ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives through the complete project lifecycle.Manage project planning, execution, governance, scheduling, budgeting, risk, issue, and change management.Lead cross-functional business and technical teams, including external vendors and implementation partners.Coordinate multiple project workstreams and manage interdependencies across concurrent initiatives.Facilitate governance meetings, Steering Committees, and executive status reviews.Manage enterprise integrations involving financial systems, mapping/GIS, portals, and legacy applications.Prepare executive reports, dashboards, project plans, and risk assessments.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.Mandatory QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.Current PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.10+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale IT projects.Experience managing at least two multi-year enterprise digital transformation/IT implementation projects through the full project lifecycle.3+ years delivering IT projects within Government or Public Sector environments.Preferred ExperienceExperience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ resources.Enterprise integration experience involving financial applications,
