Contribute to community safety as a Seasonal Operator for Ledcor Highways Ltd. in Ontario. This role involves operating heavy equipment and maintaining highways during winter and other seasons.
Ledcor is seeking enthusiastic candidates with a valid DZ or AZ license. In this team-oriented position, you will perform road maintenance tasks, operate snowplows, and assist with various heavy equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and wheel loaders as required
• Maintain Ontario Provincial Highways year-round
• Assist with pothole repair and hazard remediation




• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs
Requirements:
• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license required
• Experience with snowplow trucks preferred
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job
• Provide a 3-year commercial driver’s abstract
• Commitment to safety and community service
