What you'll do

- Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
- Prepare cocktails accurately and consistently
- Serve wine, beer, and spirits with confidence
- Maintain an efficient pace in a high-volume bar
- Keep your bar area clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with servers and management to ensure excellent service
- Help create the energetic and welcoming Délice atmosphere
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and cash handling procedures

What we're looking for

- Minimum of 2 years of bartending or high-volume restaurant experience
- Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Fast, organized, friendly, and able to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
- Fluency in French is required. English is an asset to provide quality service to our occasional English-speaking guests.
