In this role, you will provide expertise in cost, schedule, and reporting functions, helping program teams track performance, improve processes, and deliver projects efficiently. You'll also lead and mentor project controls staff while partnering closely with project, program, and client stakeholders.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement program/project controls standards, procedures, and reporting toolsMonitor project cost and schedule performance, including baselines, forecasting, and variance analysisLead planning and scheduling activities (Primavera P6 or similar systems)Establish and maintain WBS/CBS structures, dashboards, and performance metricsPrepare reports, presentations, and KPIs for program leadership and clientsIdentify risks/issues and implement corrective actions with project teamsOversee change management, document control, and QA/QC processesLead and mentor project controls team membersSupport Earned Value Management (EVM), accruals, and cost forecastingCollaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure program successYour Capabilities and CredentialsStrong expertise in project controls (cost, schedule, reporting, and process development)Proven ability to manage and support large,

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
