You'll support the development and administration of core compensation frameworks while providing guidance to HR and business leaders on pay‐related decisions.This role will also help advance important initiatives such as pay structure development, automated merit processes, and internal and market equity analysis.What You'll Be DoingLead the administration of key compensation programs, including the annual merit increase cycle, analysis,



and reportingPartner with HR to develop and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with company standards and compliant practicesProvide compensation guidance and support for new hires, promotions, and transfersResearch, analyze, and evaluate market data and compensation trends through survey participation and benchmarkingSupport enhancements and improvements to compensation processes and technologiesPartner with the Total Rewards leader and HR team to develop compensation communications and training materials for managersServe as the subject matter expert for compensation‐related data and modules within WorkdayConduct internal audits of job descriptions and team member data to ensure consistency and accuracy across business unitsWhat You BringBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analyticsExperience building foundational compensation frameworks and administering compensation programs such as merit cycles, job evaluations, and market benchmarkingStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience working with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)CCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are a plus, but not requiredHow We'll Support YouYour success starts with comprehensive onboarding, including systems training, hands‐on collaboration with team members, and exposure to our sales, supply chain, and quality functions.
