The ideal candidate possesses strong Linux administration expertise, extensive datacenter operations experience, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Standards & EvaluationImplement and standardize our physical server infrastructure (bare metal) solutions to ensure a scalable, reliable, and high‐performance foundation for our cloud services.Evaluate technical requirements and feasibility of incoming bare metal requests, ensuring optimal resource allocation and alignment with our standards.Implement and maintain robust security hardening for bare metal servers through advanced configuration management, access controls, and encryption.Plan and coordinate critical software and firmware updates, guiding the team on security patches and performance enhancements.Automation & Operational ExcellenceDevelop and implement automation of repetitive tasks using scripting (Python, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible) to streamline operations and enhance consistency.Configure, monitor, and optimize the health and performance of cloud computing physical servers (such as HPE, DELL, Cisco, Supermicro, etc.).Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, hardware failures, kernel panics,
