The successful candidate will contribute to undergraduate Psychology teaching and supervise Honours, Masters, and PhD students. Research is open to all areas of psychology, with a preference for cognitive psychology expertise. The position also involves mentoring junior staff, taking on leadership responsibilities as appropriate, and contributing to the School's academic culture and community engagement.The SchoolThe School of Medicine and Psychology (SMP) was established in 2023 to bring together expertise from Medicine and Psychology to develop a unique educational and research environment. The focus is to produce psychologists, researchers, and medical graduates who practice compassion, conscience and professional excellence, and with a knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and culture.
