Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and safety-driven Captain and Operations Manager to join our team in a dynamic and hands‐on aviation environment. This is more than a flying role—you will be a critical leader in flight operations, responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. From pre‐flight planning to post‐flight execution, you will play a key role in ensuring every mission is executed seamlessly, safely, and in full alignment with FAA regulations. training initiatives, and standardized operating proceduresMaintain and update all operational manuals and publications, ensuring alignment with current FAA requirements and best practicesManage pre‐flight planning and aircraft readiness, including flight plans, weather review, inspections, provisioning, and logisticsAct as liaison with training providers and coordinate all flight and ground training schedulesEnsure timely communication of regulatory updates, safety bulletins, and operational changes to flight crewWhat You BringValid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) CertificateValid FAA First‐Class Medical CertificateCurrent Instrument Rating and applicable aircraft type rating (or ability to obtain)Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, including significant multi‐engine turbine experienceExperience operating within a corporate flight department environmentStrong working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and FAA guidance materialPrevious leadership experience as Chief Pilot, Training Captain,



or in a flight operations supervisory roleProven ability to manage flight crew scheduling and ensure compliance with FAA flight and duty time limitationsStrong understanding of aircraft airworthiness requirements and operational risk managementExperience maintaining operational manuals, SOPs, and regulatory documentationHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and executive presence when supporting corporate passengersSalary Range$150,000 - $175,000About The CompanyOnniFor over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
