• Manage talent and development records and trackers
• Organize KCL Academy training logistics and attendance
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes




• Prepare employee communications and recognition activities
• Support team operations during high-volume periods
Requirements:
• 2+ years in clerical or administrative support
• Experience in learning and development is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence preferred
