This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, securing key projects, and managing strategic contracts across the Power & Water sectors, including Renewables, Battery Energy Storage System, Gas, Hydropower, Pumped Storage, and Transmission. You will play an instrumental role in enhancing our market presence by engaging with key stakeholders and positioning TRACTEBEL as a trusted player in the Québec energy consulting space.You will lead the newly established Montréal office and report directly to the Managing Director based in Toronto. with the potential to quickly grow into a key leadership role.What You'll BringMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience including engineering and project managementLicensed Professional Engineer (ing. or Eng.) with the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)Fluent in FrenchProficient in EnglishProject Management certification (e.G., PMP) or ability to achieve certificationProven experience in engineering consulting and business development in QuébecDeep knowledge of the Québec power market and regulatory environmentStrong industry network and track record of winning and managing complex contractsSound knowledge of multiple engineering disciplinesExperience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce is an asset.RequirementsAbility to manage and succeed in a multi‐functional role: Business Developer, Sales Manager, Office Manager, and Project ManagerProactive, versatile, and self‐motivated with a growth mindsetStrong organization, decision‐making,
