My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with a strong background in Property Litigation ,Housing Litigation andCivil Litigation , particularly involving residential landlord and tenant disputes ,possession proceedings andrent arrears recovery .

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of litigation matters with a particular emphasis on residential property disputes, including:
- Possession proceedings (Section 8 and Section 21)
- Rent arrears recovery
- Residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Housing litigation
- Property litigation
- Civil litigation
- Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and court applications
- Negotiating settlements and advising clients on litigation strategy
- Representing clients at hearings and liaising with counsel where appropriate
- Managing files from initial instruction through to conclusion
About You
To be considered, you should have:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- A minimum of 5 years' PQE in Litigation
- Strong experience in Property Litigation andHousing Litigation
- Proven experience handling possession claims and rent arrears matters
- Excellent knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A commercially focused and proactive approach
Desirable Experience

Experience supervising junior team members or contributing to business development would be advantageous but is not essential.
