OverviewSenior Estimator – Track & Civil is responsible for leading the preparation of accurate, competitive, and strategic cost estimates for rail track and civil infrastructure projects. This role involves analyzing drawings and specifications, developing pricing strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting bid submissions for major projects.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed construction cost estimates for track work, rail systems, and civil works (earthworks, drainage, structures, foundations).Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BIM models, and specifications.Develop unit rates for labor, equipment, and materials.Analyze historical cost data and benchmarking information.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,
or related field.8–12+ years of estimating experience in rail/track infrastructure projects (LRT, metro, freight, high-speed rail) and heavy civil construction.Robust knowledge of railway systems and trackwork construction methods, and civil works and infrastructure construction practices.Compensation & BenefitsExpected compensation for this role is between $105,000 and $145,000 annually.
