With a broad portfolio of premium food brands, the organization serves retail, foodservice, and wholesale customers while fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented work environmentKey ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of the organization's Microsoft Cloud, Data, and AI strategy across multiple business units.Architect scalable Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and AI solutions that support analytics, automation, and enterprise applications.Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI and cloud initiatives.Establish cloud architecture standards, governance frameworks, and security best practices aligned with Zero Trust principles.Design integrations between ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and other enterprise platforms.Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution design sessions.Develop reusable architecture frameworks, reference designs, and implementation standards for enterprise-wide adoption.Drive AI governance, including data privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, business stakeholders, Microsoft, and implementation partners to deliver successful solutions.Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Present architecture strategies, roadmaps, and technology recommendations to executive leadership.Stay current with Microsoft cloud, AI,



and data technologies to support continuous innovation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).8+ years of enterprise IT experience, including at least 5 years designing Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.Experience designing enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled applications.Solid understanding of Azure networking, security, identity management, governance, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Purview, and enterprise integration technologies.Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures in complex enterprise environments.Experience supporting ERP, manufacturing, warehouse management, supply chain, and finance systems is highly preferred.Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer, Fabric Analytics Engineer, or equivalent are considered strong assets.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives, technical teams, vendors, and business partners.Robust communication and documentation skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.Self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate business objectives into practical technology solutions.Salary: $150,000 - $180,000BenefitsPerformance BonusStocks20 days paid vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr
