This individual will serve as the primary on‐site IT leader, partnering closely with internal teams and leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across the organization.ResponsibilitiesManage team performance through goal setting and talent management, provide guidance, mentoring and development opportunities for the staff.Oversee operational costs, conduct near along with long-term financial estimates for expanded functionality and user base; Design and execute short plus long term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs; develops and maintains the selection of the organization's business software, integration technology and applications disciplines; Supervise outsourced data center and telecom service provider and lead, direct and utilize knowledge on best practices in area related to infrastructure; Supervise help desk group and lead,
