Lead transformative initiatives as the Director of Operations for the West Moberly First Nations. This full-time role requires strategic oversight and community engagement in a culturally rich environment.In this key leadership position, you will partner with Council and various department managers to implement effective operational strategies across Housing, Culture, Health, Education, and Finance. You'll mentor team members, oversee recruitment, and foster a cohesive work culture, enhancing the community's invaluable traditions. With a focus on engagement,



you'll drive strategic benefits to elevate WMFN's influence.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Council on innovative operational programsPartner with managers to execute strategic work plansStrategize budgeting for optimal staffing and operationsEncourage positive communication and mentorship at all levelsRepresent WMFN within key community networks and stakeholdersRequirements:5-10 years of management experience, preferably in First NationsBachelor's degree in Business Management or Public AdministrationProven budget management and team leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesValid driver's license and clear background checksEmbark on a mission to uplift the West Moberly First Nations community through impactful operations and robust leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
