Job TitleSenior Technical Project Manager, Platform — Demonware — Vancouver, BCLocation & Work ScheduleThis role is based in our Vancouver, BC office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.Your MissionWe are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Platform team, responsible for the libraries, services, tools, and infrastructure that power game‐facing products and services across Activision. This team faces the challenge of making online service development easier for colleagues and customers in Demonware and elsewhere in Activision.What You Bring To The TableLead the development and execution of key initiatives that power Activision titles.Own internal customer relationships and manage stakeholders with different business and technical needs.Have a level of technical understanding to hold your own in high‐level technical conversations and represent your teams to customers and partners.Partner with engineering leadership to align technical resources against strategic priorities and delivery goals.Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks.Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, balancing competing priorities and managing complex technical dependencies.Player Profile7+ years of project or program management experience in a technical environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‐technical teams.Ability to influence cross‐functional teams and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.Organized self‐starter with robust ownership and adaptability.Experience coordinating migrations, service rollouts,

These values reflect the expected annualized base pay range of new hires in British Columbia, Canada. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
