We're looking for a senior leader who wants to help shape the future of our Project Management team.What You'll Be Responsible ForLead multiple complex commercial construction projects from award through completionDevelop project execution strategies for high-value projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, General Contractors, consultants, and project partnersReview contracts, specifications, schedules, and project risksLead project planning, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and executionManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and contract administrationMonitor project financial performance and proactively manage risksCoordinate closely with detailing, fabrication, purchasing, logistics, and field installation teamsAttend client meetings, site meetings, and progress reviewsMentor and support Project Managers and Project CoordinatorsHelp improve project management systems, communication, and best practicesWhat We're Looking For5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial constructionProven experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working directly with General Contractors, owners, consultants,
