project/program management, or technical delivery rolesProven experience delivering complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and dependenciesExperience managing offshore/onshore vendors and contract resourcesExperience across both project-based delivery and application support (AD/AMS)Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesAbility to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environmentStrong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomesAbility to influence and lead without formal authorityStrong execution focus with attention to quality and timelinesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesMinimum RequirementsDegree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
