VECTOR Restoration, a Structural Group Company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand our presence throughout Vancouver and the greater British Columbia region. This is an opportunity to join an industry leader specializing in concrete repair, structural strengthening, historic restoration, waterproofing, facade rehabilitation, and building envelope solutions. In this highly visible role, you'll work directly with building owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and general contractors to develop opportunities across commercial, healthcare, higher education, mixed-use, and technology markets.What You'll DoDevelop and grow relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors throughout the British Columbia regionIdentify and pursue new project opportunities in commercial construction and restoration marketsLead sales presentations,
lunch-and-learns, industry events, and networking initiativesCollaborate with operations and technical teams to develop innovative solutions for complex structural challengesManage the sales process from prospect identification through project awardDrive revenue growth while expanding VECTOR Restoration's market presenceWhat We're Looking For5+ years of business development or sales experience within the commercial construction industryStrong network throughout the British Columbia construction marketExperience calling on owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and general contractorsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goalsExperience utilizing CRM systems and managing a sales pipelineConstruction, restoration, or specialty contracting experience is highly preferredWhy PULLMAN?For more than 45 years, VECTOR Restoration and Structural Group have been helping make structures stronger and last longer.
