We are looking for a Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager for a 12-month contract position, with possible extensions in Calgary, Alberta. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager to support a digital transformation journey through the adoption of modern technologies, data-driven decision making, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).This role serves as a critical bridge between business and technology teams, driving awareness, engagement, and implementation of digital and AI-enabled initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully while maximizing business adoption and value realization.The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, an exceptional communicator, and a tenacious project leader who thrives in quick-paced environments. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and driving momentum across multiple workstreams involving both internal and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Enablement & AI AdoptionChampion the adoption of digital technologies and AI capabilities across the organization.Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI and technology can improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.Support the development and execution of digital enablement strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and responsible use of AI.Lead engagement initiatives, workshops, and communications that build organizational readiness for digital transformation.Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams,



including senior leadership.Facilitate collaboration between business units, IT, vendors, and external partners to achieve shared objectives.Lead workshops and governance discussions to drive alignment, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.Lead multiple digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.Manage project risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery to achieve successful business outcomes.Prepare project plans, executive updates, and performance reporting.Business & Technology AlignmentTranslate business needs into actionable requirements for technology teams.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, practical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.10+ years of experience leading digital transformation, business technology, project delivery, or organizational change initiatives.Demonstrated experience driving stakeholder engagement and technology adoption within large, complex organizations.Experience leading initiatives involving digital transformation, AI adoption, business process improvement, or enterprise technology deployment.Proven success managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups in fast-paced environments.Familiarity with change management, organizational adoption, and communication strategies.Experience working with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, data initiatives, or emerging digital technologies.PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or related certifications are considered assets.Please note that while all applications are appreciated, only candidates selected for interview will be contacted.InSync Systems Inc. is a privately‐owned boutique Canadian Resourcing and Consulting Services Company that works closely with a range of corporate clients across multiple industries to bring them solutions that effectively address their business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
