Develop business plans aligned with sales forecasts and provide guidance to department heads.Brand Representation:Act as the hotel’s ambassador, engaging with the local community, industry partners, and stakeholders to strengthen market position.Employee Relations:Be visible and approachable in line with the company's open-door policy.
