Primary Focus We are seeking to fill a current opening on our Finance team.



The Senior Financial Analyst provides essential financial analysis and insights to support leadership decision‑making, optimized resource allocation, and the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s financial data. What do the daily responsibilities look like? conduct first-level review of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, identifying trends, variances, and potential issues impacting accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting proactively analyze cost centre performance against the budget, identify potential variances, and recommend forecasting adjustments to optimize resources allocation; collaborating with the Controller to develop clear, actionable insights for leadership decision‑making collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information, identify discrepancies, and facilitate timely resolutions to ensure accurate and comprehensive financial analyses review reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation prepared by the Finance team prepare the monthly Salaries and Benefits allocation journal entry, ensuring accurate distribution of costs across programs on a regular basis, as required by management, perform an in-depth review of timesheet data and compare them to the budget, flagging discrepancies and potential adjustments participate in the development and review of the organization’s annual budget, providing analyses and historical trend information to support decision‑making prepare and analyse quarterly reports for external parties in compliance with funding requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions prepare accurate audit documentation and supporting analyses analyze existing financial processes toidentifyinefficiencies, recommendsolutions, and drive continuous improvement review the weekly
