Job DescriptionSenior Project Manager – Power ProjectsPlay a key role in delivering complex power projects across Canada, managing projects in all aspects and phases, monitoring and controlling progress, ensuring successful completion, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, and supporting proposal and business development initiatives.Your ImpactManage existing and new power projects for multiple clients across substations, transmission lines, distribution, and electrical studies.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and monthly cost reporting.Manage program KPIs and report on them regularly.Facilitate project communication across engineering, construction, procurement, and client teams.Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing deliverables for compliance and accuracy.Support contract administration, change management, and procurement activities.Support proposal development, including team assembly, go/no-go process, drafting, finalization, and estimation.The Skills That Set You ApartEngineering degree (P.Eng. designation preferred) or technical diploma; PMP certification is anasset.15+ years of progressive project management experience in the utilities industry.Expertise in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.Experience in project controls, scheduling, contract management, budgeting, forecasting,



and reporting.A team-oriented leader who thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments.Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.Exceptional communicator in written and spoken English; bilingual (French/English) is a plus.CompensationBC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $147,500 – $195,400MB & ON: $134,600 – $184,600Atlantic Provinces & QC: $133,200 – $176,900Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
