OverviewNorthwood is seeking a strategic, experienced, and mission-aligned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide executive financial leadership within a large, complex, multi‐site continuing care organization. Reporting to the President and CEO, the CFO is a key member of the senior leadership team and plays a central role in ensuring Northwood's long‐term financial sustainability while supporting high‐quality, person‐ and family‐centred care.The RoleThe CFO provides leadership across financial strategy, planning, governance, and risk management. You will guide enterprise‐wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance across Northwood and its subsidiaries.
