The Director, Quality Assurance is responsible for leading, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's Quality and Environmental Management Systems in support of business objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. The role provides solid functional leadership while remaining closely connected to day-to-day execution, supported by a team of about 10 qualified specialists and managers.This position covers the Americas region, working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Product Marketing, Sales. Additional collaboration with other regional Quality Assurance teams (EMEA, Asia) is required to ensure consistent application of quality standards across a global electronic components distribution environment.
