SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Person who, in collaboration with the team in her/his unit and specialists on staff, provides for the physical, psychological and general rehabilitation needs of users. She/he participates in the assessment, planning, implementation and monitoring of the general programs for users in her/his care. She/he records the progress and reactions of the users placed in her/his care and fills out the documents required to monitor changes.

REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma.
Or
• DEP in Homecare.
• No specific experience.

Please note that applicants who do not have the above-mentioned requirements may be considered for this position
A reading and writing test may be requested

Alternative Profile:
• No specific diploma and;
• Three (3) to four (4) years of related experience (an asset)

Knowledge and Abilities:
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to function within a team setting;
• Ability to take direction from several people and maintain effective work flow systems;
• Good knowledge of Eeyou traditions and values.
LANGUAGE
• Fluent in English;
• Fluency in Cree and French is an asset.
