Our Courtenay office seeks two enthusiastic Engineers-in-Training to join our purpose-driven team. This permanent, full-time role involves developing your civil engineering skills while contributing to infrastructure projects across diverse communities. Collaborate with clients, contribute to reports, and ensure project specifications are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register as an Engineer-in-Training with EGBC upon eligibility
• Hone skills in infrastructure design and planning
• Act as the client’s representative during construction
• Prepare cost estimates,



tender documents, and contracts
• Collaborate on project documentation and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
• Recent graduate in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with engineering software is an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with willingness to travel
