FedEx is seeking a Senior Manager of Facility Operations to plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or midsize volume facility/Station in Nepean, Ontario. This full-time leadership role is responsible for delivering maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure, and cost-effective operation.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and direct all operations within the Station and Ramp service area to maximize customer service deliveryManage budgetary objectives for the facility, ensuring cost-effective use of resourcesLead people development initiatives,
