This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimating professional who understands complex builds, can manage tender deadlines, and has the technical knowledge to produce accurate, competitive bidsThe ideal candidate has robust experience estimating institutional, commercial, or industrial projects and can confidently work with drawings, specifications, trades, suppliers, and internal project teamKey Responsibilitises:Prepare full-cycle estimates for ground-up ICI projectsReview drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documentsComplete quantity takeoffs, pricing, trade coverage, and bid analysisWork closely with subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and leadershipIdentify risks, opportunities, scope gaps,
