As a Partner Success Manager, you’ll take charge immediately after a partnership is signed. Your responsibilities include managing onboarding, aligning partner expectations, and ensuring internal teams deliver successful activations. You will also proactively address issues and risks, maintaining an exceptional partner journey throughout their lifecycle with The Gathering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage discovery and onboarding activities for recent partners
• Oversee activation and serve as the primary point of contact
• Track partner satisfaction and resolve potential issues




• Build strong client relationships and advocate internally
• Prepare renewal proposals and negotiate commercial terms
Requirements:
• 5+ years in account management or partner success
• Proven experience in managing renewals and building relationships
• Strong onboarding and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
• Highly organized with attention to detail
