You will primarily work on water and/or wastewater projects through collaboration with a wide range of technical disciplines. Your role will be part of a purpose‐driven organization that helps clients, colleagues, and communities thrive.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead teams of design professionals and technicians.Mentor and guide staff to develop high‐performing project teams.Perform business development and application tasks; collaborate with staff to increase project wins and develop long‐lasting client relationships.Participate in business line teams to manage and develop proposals.Act as a client‐facing point of contact for business development, meetings, walk‐downs, and presentations.Develop scope of work documents and estimates.Collaborate with multiple business lines to create new opportunities.Conduct quality reviews.Lead engineers/designers in developing and managing the project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.Oversee the design and construction of projects.Create project management plans; establish goals and objectives for unique and complex projects.Ensure projects achieve budget, schedule, and contractual obligations.Coordinate quality assurance/quality control on assigned projects and facilitate independent technical reviews.Manage the permitting process, meeting with clients,



contractors, stakeholders, and agency personnel as needed.Make decisions on large projects and coordinate with regulatory review to seek final approval.Manage projects of varying complexity within multidisciplinary teams.Research and understand regulatory and other drivers affecting individual projects.Assist business leaders with project revenue forecasting.Oversee proposals, including development of scope and effort estimates for comparable size projects.Make decisions and recommendations governed by general policy and project management governance.Support industry visibility and business development by participating in conferences, committees, and technical knowledge‐sharing activities, as required and based on business strategy, market conditions, client alignment, and team capacity.Your Capabilities and CredentialsInspire project teams to higher levels of achievement.Review and coordinate designs and studies effectively.Understand local and regional jurisdictional codes, legal and design requirements in relevant jurisdictions.Education and ExperienceMinimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of project‐management experience, preferably for water and/or wastewater facility projects.Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng), preferred.Project Management Qualified (PMP), a plus.Demonstrated successful leadership experience,



including defining direction for a team or office, strategy development, change management, and corporate stewardship.Travel to other offices and project sites may be required.Pay RangeLocations Outside of Lower Mainland – BC & Various locations in Ontario: $135,700.00 – $185,700.00 AnnuallyLocations in Lower Mainland – BC, GTA & Ottawa Ontario: $136,300.00 – $204,500.00 AnnuallyPay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Certain roles may include bonuses. Part‐time compensation is prorated based on hours worked.
