As part of the Design team, you will have the opportunity to elevate the branding and creative direction within EntSoc. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to bring ideas to life and develop ideas that will impact the entrepreneurship ecosystem.As the VP Design, you will be responsible for:Organize and run design sprintsEnsure consistency among all design projects through the development and implementation of a design systemWork with the VP of Technical to create product road mapsCoordinate user research and user testing effortsCommunicate with partners on the status of ongoing projectsEnsure that the EntSoc brand is conveyed throughout marketing and designThe VP of Design should also be willing to get their hands dirty and design with the team if they need toWe are looking for a VP Design who can show us that they have:2+ years of direct work or volunteer experience as a graphic and/or visual designerIntermediate knowledge in the use of Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledgeable in the latest design trends, methods, and techniques.Strong knowledge of online optimization best practicesStrong knowledge of printing/publishing procedures and standardsA excellent communicator and story-tellerComfortable with iterative design with detailed discussionTakes initiative and values open communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
